4.        Open both of then KDSS Valves 3 turns. Do not open more than 3 full turns.

5.        Starting from the Drivers (left) side loosen and remove the nut for the End link to Sway bar connection. Retain Nut.

6.        Loosen and remove the passenger (right) End link to Sway bar nut. This uses a Hex key to hold the ball join in place while you loosen the nut. Retain the Nut.

7.        Loosen and remove both end link to LCA stock M14 bolts (screws). Remove End link from LCA. The factory M14 will not be reused.

8.        Loosen and remove M12 bolts (screws) which attach the Sway bar to the chassis (4), Factory M14 screws will not be reused. The sway bar will be completely loose but not free as is held by the Hydraulic ram on the driver’s side. There is no need to remove anything else from the sway bar.

Installing LCA Skid / End link

(Omit if just installing the chassis bracket)

9.        Locate the longer 4” 7/16th Carriage Bolt, It is marked with a Red stripe near the head.

10.  Locate the Red mark on the LCA bracket, this is the hole closest to the body, pointing forward, and thread the 4” Carriage bolt through this opening into the LCA and loosely affix with the supplied Nut and washer. Only 1-2 threads are needed at this point as you want movement.

11.  Thread and attach in the same way the other 2 Carriage bolts through the LCA and attach with 1-2 threads. Again, you want it loose but attached, you will tighten everything once it all assembled.

12.  Using the Zip tie, Tie this around the Aluminum spacer, this will give you an easy way to help the alignment of the bolt, and spacer.

13.  Install Aluminum spacer zip tie tail facing up into the OEM LCA end link pocket, the end link into the new space created outside the OEM end link mount.

14.  Using the M14x1.4 110mm Bolt with supplied fender washer, thread this from the LCA Skid -> end link->spacer-> OEM M14 threads. Just hand tighten 1-2 turns to make sure the treads are full engaged.

a.        It is recommended to use a thread locker (Medium strength) or anti-seize depending on your situation.

b.        Remove Zip Tie

15.   Repeat for the other side.

Install in Chassis KDSS Bracket (lock tight recommended)

16.  Using the 4 Supplied M12 x 35mm bolts install the bracket to the existing OEM mounts in the frame rails. These should be torqued to 64Ft-lbs, Locktite is recommended

17.  Starting on the driver’s (left) side loosely install the M12x20mm bolt to Anderson Chassis bracket. Only 2-3 turns are needed at this point. Be very careful not to cross thread the bracket threads since they are made from Aluminum.

a. A jack and/or ratchet strap may be needed for this but I have found that having everything loose and the end links removed makes it a lot easier. It will be difficult is you have the end links connected to either side.

18.  Repeat for Passenger (right) side.

Final steps

19.  Starting with the Drivers (left) side, attach the end link to the sway bar using the previously removed OEM nut. 2-3 threads only, it should be loose.

20.  Attach the Passenger (right) side end link to the sway bar using the OEM Nut. 2-3 threads only, it should be loose.

21.  Starting with the Drivers Side (left) tighten the Sway bar relocation bracket bolts and then the passenger side bolts (4 - M12 in total)

a.        Torque to: 64Ft-lb

22.  Tighten the End Link to Sway bar Nuts starting with the driver’s side.

a.        Torque to: 103Ft-lb

23.  Tighten the M14 End link to LCA Bolt (1 per side).

a.        Torque to: 100Ft-lb

24.  Tighten the nuts hold the LCA Skid to LCA (3 per side). Carriage bolts need to be full seated and Flat on the bottom of the skid plate. A ratcheting wrench should be used for the outer most

25.  Tighten the KDSS Valves 3 turns.

26.  Installation Complete.
