Dispatch and delivery

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1–4 days. For backordered items, please refer to the availability and lead time shown on the product page.

Customers choose their delivery method at checkout. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping service and destination and is additional to the dispatch time.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and selected delivery method and are paid by the purchaser.

Returns

Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. Please contact us before sending a return and follow our Return and Refund Policy. Anderson Overland Outfitters cannot take responsibility for returned items until they are received.
