Special Scenario: If you’re running extended-travel or long-travel (Total Chaos, etc.) with KDSS, you’ll need the adapters to gain that extra droop. The adapters may slightly over-clock the bushing angle, and that’s where the bushing bracket comes in — it corrects the angle and keeps everything cycling smoothly with no bind.
