The Anderson Overland Land Cruiser 200 Series Full Front KDSS MAX relocation full kit for high Clearance bumpers.
The Only KDSS Relocation kit that moves the KDSS sway bar forward to the maximum allowable position and positions the lower KDSS end link outside of the LCA cradle while retaining the bolt in Double shear. This allows the Maximum amount of room for additional clearance of larger tires on the 2008-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 series.
The Aluminum LCA skid plate fully captures the KDSS end link putting it into double shear as per factory. This position combined with the frame side brackets puts the end link back in the factory vertical position, minimizing bushing wear often associated with other KDSS relocation products.
Using the KDSS-MAX Kit, it is possible to fit a 34" or 35" sized tire with no interference with the front KDSS sway bar system.
Tire clearance at the back of the front wheels still needs to be dealt with, via alignment, trimming, tire width, wheel offset and a body mount chop may be necessary.
The KDSS relocation full kit is a large part of the solution to fitting 34-35" tires on the Land Cruiser 200 Series Platform but is not the only part of that solution.
The Standard 1" Bracket Kit Will Fit Stock and all Aftermarket Bumpers, a lift is not required.
Full Kit contents:
Left and Right Aluminum LCA skid plates incorporating KDSS End link supports.
Custom length Carriage bolts to secure skid to LCA for a totally flat bottom.
Custom Fabricated LCA Bolt spacers for factory cradle position on LCA
Grade 10.9 End link bolts and hardened washers
Frame mounted KDSS Relocation Brackets providing the forward movement of the sway bar mounting points for stock and all aftermarket bumpers.
Grade 10.9 Hardware for Frame Relocation Brackets
The 1.5" Bracket Option: The KDSS Max Plus bracket is 1.5" instead of 1" and can be selected for no additional charge. This May require additional cutting and/or trimming for some aftermarket off-road bumpers and is not advised for stock bumper fitment.
All kits unless otherwise requested will come with the 1" Bracket.
Please contact us via email if you wish to receive the +1.5 Bracket with your Order instead of the standard 1" - There is no charge for this upgrade at the time of order, Although I do ask you to pay for shipping. Please use the Chassis Bracket Exchange Product for this.

Tire/Wheel Fit Notes:
285/75-18 with ET60 wheels - Requires spacers to clear LCA Skid plates at full lock.
285/75-70 With ET50 (Rock Warrior) - May rub depending on alignment settings without spacer, Caster should be pushed forward, Requires aftermarket UCA's to Adjust.
General 35" Tire/Wheel Guidance - Remove mud flaps, trim plastics in-front of mud flap support and push support in. Optimal Offset +35 to +25. Verify clearance when wheel articulates up into wheel well. 11.5" width is optimal for Front and rear wheel well clearance for full articulation.
