The Anderson Overland Land Cruiser 200 Series Full Front KDSS MAX relocation full kit for high Clearance bumpers.
The Only KDSS Relocation kit that moves the KDSS sway bar forward to the maximum allowable position and positions the lower KDSS end link outside of the LCA cradle while retaining the bolt in Double shear. This allows the Maximum amount of room for additional clearance of larger tires on the 2008-2021 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 series.
The Aluminum LCA skid plate fully captures the KDSS end link putting it into double shear as per factory. This position combined with the frame side brackets puts the end link back in the factory vertical position, minimizing bushing wear often associated with other KDSS relocation products.
Using the KDSS-MAX Kit, a wheel with an offset of +35 or less (to 0 Offset), an aftermarket bumper, and a mild +2" (50mm) lift, it is possible to fit a 35/12.5-17 sized tire with no interference with the front KDSS sway bar system.
Intended for High Clearance bumpers only... May not fit a stock bumper without modification to the bumper, and associated parts.

Left and Right 5052 Aluminum LCA skid plates incorporating KDSS End link supports.
Custom length Carriage bolts to secure skid to LCA for a totally flat bottom.
Custom LCA Bolt spacers for factory cradle position on LCA
Grade 10.9 End link bolts and hardened washers
Frame mounted KDSS Relocation Brackets providing the maximum amount of forward movement of the sway bar.

Tire Clearance Pictures Specs: Steering held at full lock Left and Right, 35/12.5-17 Nitto Ridge Grappler E rated Tire, Toyota Rock Warrior Wheels, Spydertrax 1.25" spacer.
Total Offset = +18.25
Please Note: Tire clearance at the back of the front wheels still needs to be dealt with, via alignment, trimming, tire width, wheel offset and a body mount chop may be necessary.
The KDSS-MAX relocation kit is a large part of the solution to fitting 34-35" tires on the Land Cruiser 200 Series Platform but is not the only part of that solution.
